Village Pointe

is a townhouse / condominium complex built between 1994-2000 on Talmadge Rd in Edison NJ. All of the units are 2 - 3 bedroom with 2 or 2 1/2 baths.

There are 4 different models in this community. The Edison, The Inman, The Middlesex and The Talmadge, all of varying sizes. The Inman is a ground floor ranch style with 2 bedrooms. The Edison is smaller but the master is on the 2nd floor. The Middlesex (2 bed) and Talmadge (3 bed) are all 3 floor units. Each contains a living room, kitchen, dining room or area and a master bedroom with its own bath and large closet, plus a second and/or third bedroom, full bath and a powder room. They all have air conditioning, in-home laundry and many have a garage or designated parking for at least 1 car.

The community features an inground pool for residents as well as a small play area. Residents also enjoy North Edison schools and its located close to either the Metuchen or Edison train stations, as well as shops and highway access.
